
Cinnnamon Ginger Blueberry Airfryer Crumble
This easy, humble Blueberry crumble comes alive with cinnamon & ginger! Perfect
6 cups blueberries, rinsed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
Salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Topping mixture:
1 cup quick cooking oats
Zest of one lemon (Meyer if possible)
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
¼ cup almond flour
½ stick unsalted butter room temperature (cut into chunks)
Toss all together in a bowl your using to cook in (many air fryers now have baking inserts or use any oven safe dish that fits your air fryer)
Topping Mixture:
1. Combine all ingredients above except butter last. Then with your hand mix butter in.
2. Mix until it looks crumbly. Top berries evenly with crumb mixture. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
3. Serve with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey.
