1 pound rainbow carrots washed, peeled, and sliced in half, lengthwise, for thick pieces

3 tablespoons melted, unsalted premium butter

4 tablespoons of pure maple syrup

¼ teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of all spice, ground

Optional Garnish: Fresh herbs + Balsamic glaze


  1. Place all ingredients, except carrots, in XXL baking dish and whisk until incorporated. Then add carrots and make sure glaze covers carrots.
  2. Air fry at 380 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs, toasted pumpkins seeds and thyme.


Chef Tips:

*A great side dish!

*It’s important to cook in a baking dish, so the maple caramelizes and doesn’t get lost!

*Please do try and use rainbow carrots — they really add a gourmet, festive touch and stay away from the pre-cut baby carrots!!!

*Carrot sizes vary, so adjust accordingly. It’s important that size is fairly consistent and not too thick.
