Ingredients

2/3 cup softened butter, plus 4 tbsp. of melted butter

¼ cup coconut sugar

¼ cup coconut shreds (sweetened or unsweetened)

1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Writing icing pens (orange, purple , green)

24 candy eyes

6-10 Kings Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls, (amount varies on size of air fryer)

Directions

  1. Melt butter in the microwave until softened, add coconut sugar and pumpkin pie spice and stir
  2. Coat the bottom of airfryer baking dish with 1-tablespoon of the butter mixture.
  3. Split the rolls in half and spread softened butter inside the rolls. Put the rolls back together and assemble them close together in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the remaining butter mixture over the top and around the sides of the rolls. Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  5. Bake until slightly golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes at 350.  Allow to cool.
  6. Decorate mummy buns and have fun! Attack eyes with writing icing.
